Front And Center: Election Countdown genre: Polispeak
During the 2004 presidential election a website called electoral-vote.com became a popular place to track the latest polling in an all encompassing format. The site is once again tracking the 2006 midterm election and providing daily projections for both the House and the Senate. Each day the projection is updated based upon a formula that incorporates prior polling as well as all the latest polling.
It's a great way to get a quick and comprehensive view so I decided that I would include the tally boxes in the Front and Center curtain area here at Thought Theater. Each time a reader opens the Thought Theater site it updates the tally with the latest projection. I will leave them in the curtain area until the election on November 7th. If you want to navigate to the actual site, simply click on one of the images and you will be taken there.
